Project Officer

Job Description

  • Serve as Project officer for SETA support
  • Coordinate and develop procedures relating to:
    • Financial management, acquisition, implementation, and distribution
    • Logistical support for hardware, software, and supplies
    • Services required by projects
  • Plan, conduct, and/or direct highly complex reviews and initiate reports
  • Brief higher headquarters and other commands with recommendations on best courses of action

Job Description

  • Serve as a T&E Engineer
  • Develop program/product T&E strategy, approach, process, schedule, and resource requirements
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of test activities at selected test facilities, including:
    • Resolution of test execution issues
    • Chairing daily test update meetings
    • T&E working integrated product teams
    • Management of contractor and/or on-site PM test representatives

Cost Analyst

Job Description

  • Serve as a Cost Analyst
  • Perform studies to develop, review, and maintain Project Manager (PM) positions for assigned programs
  • Provide cost estimating advice to personnel at all levels, pertaining to cost analysis methodology
  • Perform a wide variety of cost analysis assignments in support of:
    • Life cycle cost estimates (LCCE)
    • Program office estimates (POE).
  • Develop/evaluate cost assessments and cost positions relating to systems development and production
