Job Description

• Serve as a Network Engineer
• Assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructure
  • Enterprise and local
• Collaborate with people within and outside the organization to:
  • Deliver the highest standards for building, deploying, and scaling networks
• Design, configure, troubleshoot, maintain complex Layer 2/3 data center architectures
  • Using BGP, VLANs, MLAG, LAG
  • Spine/Leaf topologies
  • Trunk/Access ports
  • Other related technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
  • Translate them into effective network solutions
• Contribute to the documentation of network infrastructure designs and configurations
• Travel up to 20% of the time, to perform on-site installations and maintenance

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of network design, architecture, and engineering experience
• Experience supporting the design, configuration, and management of:
  • Complex BGP and Layer 2/3 Data Center architectures
• Hands on experience with:
  • Network infrastructure
  • Configuration Audits
  • Automating processes for quick recovery
  • Nvidia Fabric
  • Network Diagrams
  • Routers/Switches
  • Ports and protocols
  • STIGing Switches
  • Network Monitoring (Kabana Dashboards)
• Expertise in VLAN, MLAG, and LAG configuration, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Spine and Leaf architecture design and implementation
• Understanding of Trunk/Access ports, their functions, and how to configure them

Infrastructure Engineer – VxRail – Patrick, AFB, FL

Job Description

• Serve as a Hyperconverged Infrastructure engineer and VxRail Residency Administrator
• Monitor, review, and manage Dell infrastructure listed in the SOW
• Manage and review log files and user requests
• Generate regular operational reports
• Assist with capacity and disaster recovery planning and design Problem Management:
  • Isolate and troubleshoot incidents
  • Perform service incident coordination
  • Open service requests on behalf of the Customer
• Participate in root cause analysis and review Change Management:
  • Perform software/firmware management assistance and collaboration
  • Implement change management requests
• Assist with solution documentation of policies and procedures
• Monitor migration activities Continual Service Improvement:
  • Recommend procedure changes that result in operational optimization
  • Provide performance tuning and product enhancement recommendations
• Work with technical leadership to discuss architectural design, strategy, and plans
• Perform transition planning with deployment team
• Perform incremental host and network configuration beyond deployment scope
• Conduct knowledge transfer for new technology features, admin activities, and SOPs
• Implement Dell System Management Tools
• Work with customer staff to develop Run Books
• Review IT processes and policies as part of new solution or continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Software, System, Storage, IaC, or IaaS engineering experience
• 3+ years of VxRail experience
• 3+ years of Hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI)
• Proficient in either Python or Go programming language
• Hands-on experience with the following:
  • Software Defined Storage (SDS)
  • Software Defined Networking (SDN)
  • VMware
  • vSAN
  • Nutanix
• Security+ certified

High Performance Computing Field Service Engineer – Smyrna, GA

Job Description

• Serve as a High Performance Computing (HPC) Field Service Engineer
• Function as a supplemental resource in Customer’s current IT organization
• Work at the direction of the Customer, for the Supported Sites IDed in the SOW
• Assist in tasks and directions provided by the customer to include:
  • HPC configuration, management and maintenance
  • Extended knowledge transfer
  • SID documentation (planning, cables, labeling, switches, etc.)
  • High Performance Linpack (HPL), Alltoall, bidirectional bandwidth and Stream
• Address hardware failures and support tickets
• Validate firmware versions and settings
• Validate HPC software versions and settings
• Validate Dell HPC best practices
• Assist with benchmark testing

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HPC configuration, management and maintenance experience
• Experience with the following:
  • Validating firmware versions and settings
  • Validating HPC software versions and settings
  • Validating Dell HPC best practices
  • Benchmark testing
• Experience supporting hardware failures and support tickets

Required: Active Secret Clearance
